As a Technical Project Manager, you will take on full responsibility – from the initial idea to series production. You plan, coordinate and bring high-tech projects safely to the finish line. Your mission
With your technical understanding and strong organizational skills, you lead projects to success in a targeted manner
You manage projects from the initial idea to series production and keep an eye on the budget, schedule and resources
You take responsibility and work with our teams to develop solutions that perfectly meet customer requirements and standards
Close cooperation with customers and suppliers – clear, engaging and at eye level – your communication creates trust and ensures project goals are achieved
Quality assurance across all stages: from design reviews to FMEA
Anticipatory risk management with a focus on safety and environmental standards
Your profile
Your know-how and experience make you the ideal project manager.
A university-level degree in engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automotive engineering or a comparable field of study
At least five years of experience in project management, preferably in the automotive industry or in an industrial environment
Successfully managed complex projects with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers
In-depth knowledge in the development of automotive and industrial systems
Familiarity with quality and safety standards and good skills with tools such as MS Project and CAD – certifications in project management such as PMP or IPMA are considered a plus
Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills – in German and English. Your structured way of working, combined with your leadership qualities, makes you the ideal team leader
